Code of Ethics for KBL Leaders
Leaders of the KBL Political Party are entrusted with the responsibility to uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct, transparency, and accountability. The following Code of Ethics outlines the principles and guidelines that govern the behavior and actions of KBL leaders at all levels of the organization.
1. Integrity and Honesty:
KBL leaders shall act with integrity and honesty in all party activities, campaigns, and public engagements. They will not engage in deceptive or fraudulent practices.
2. Accountability:
Leaders are responsible for their actions and decisions. They shall be transparent about their activities and decisions, and be open to scrutiny and accountability.
3. Respect for the Law:
Leaders shall abide by all relevant laws and regulations. They will not engage in activities that are illegal, unethical, or contrary to the democratic principles of the Philippines.
4. Respect for Diversity:
KBL leaders shall respect and promote diversity in all aspects of the party's activities. They will not discriminate against individuals based on their ethnicity, gender, religion, or other personal characteristics.

Leaders in charge of party finances shall maintain clear and accurate financial records. They will ensure that all funds are used for party-related activities and campaigns, and that all financial transactions comply with campaign finance laws.

Leaders shall avoid situations that may involve a conflict of interest between their personal, financial, or professional interests and their responsibilities to the party. Any conflicts of interest shall be disclosed and appropriately managed.
12. Commitment to the KBL Mission and Values:
Leaders are expected to be committed to the mission, values, and goals of the KBL Political Party. They shall work diligently to advance the party's principles and vision.
13. Promotion of Democracy:
KBL leaders shall actively promote and uphold the democratic principles of the Philippines. They will respect the right of individuals to participate in the democratic process, including the right to vote.
14. Enforcement:
The KBL Political Party will establish mechanisms to enforce this Code of Ethics and to investigate any violations. Violations may result in disciplinary actions, including suspension or expulsion from the party.
